Merchandise which arrives damaged or wrongly sized can be exchanged or refunded as outlined in the policies below.

If your items arrive damaged, please retain all of the original packing materials and get in contact immediately. Items that have been damaged, altered, or worn cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Sizing charts are provided for all garments prior to ordering; please review all sizing information carefully prior to placing your order. If you receive an item that is improperly sized, the item can be replaced under the following conditions:

  • The original item can be exchanged for an item of the correct size.
  • The recipient is responsible for any shipping fees to deliver the new item.
  • Improperly sized items can only be exchanged, they cannot be returned.
  • An exchange request must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.

Shirts and apparel are printed to order on-demand. Actual shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping options you chose when you placed your order. Generally, most orders arrive within 2 weeks from the date the order was placed. Please note that shipping times are from the time of fulfillment (your order being made ship-ready), and not from the time you place the order. All indicated shipping times are estimates only; we do not offer refunds for merchandise which has been shipped but is delivered beyond its estimated delivery date.

As online shopping becomes more popular, so does doorstep package theft. We suggest that our customers use their neighbor’s or work address if they won’t be at home for the delivery; we are not responsible for either the cost of replacing an order, nor do we offer refunds if: tracking information states an order was delivered; the carrier has removed the tracking information from their system due to the amount of time that has lapsed between a delivery and a related customer inquiry.

Most items are printed and shipped in the same region as the delivery address, if not the same country, with the exception of some products coming from specialized printers only in the United States. On these occassions, your order may be subject to additional import tax imposed by your local customs office at the time of delivery. We cannot waive any import fees imposed by your local governments. Currently, all orders are printed and shipped from the following countries:

The garments used to print our apparel are sourced from WRAP-certified providers like Bella+Canvas and Champion, who manufacture both in the U.S. and internationally in a no-sweat-shop, humane, sustainable way.
